Petzl Mixed Pick - Pair

Updated in 2021 with an additional Stein pull tooth at the back heel of the pick for better traction on low-angle ice with Ergonomic/Nomic handle up. Burly all-around pick for pure ice, steep rock and dry tooling. Compatible with Petzl hammer, adze and Masselottes (pick weights). Mounting nuts and bolts included. Sold in pairs (2 picks).

• Made from: 300M alloy steel (4340M). It's a low alloy, vacuum-melted, steel of very high strength. It is a modified AISI 4340 steel with silicon, vanadium and slightly greater carbon and molybdenum. 300M has a very good combination of strength (280 to 305 ksi), toughness, fatigue strength and good ductility.
