Funkness Cable

A last resort peg removal tool, the Funkness Device consists of a ca 50cm length of plastic coated cable with a swaged loop at either end. Attach one end to a stubborn peg and the other to your hammer and use the weight of the hammer to ping the piton from the rock. To be used with caution and only as a last resort as it can damage the rock!

For emergency and desperate situation, this cable can be used for much more application when you are out of slings, quickdraws, anchor gear, nuts, etc. Just use your imagination. When you're low on gear, you have to do with what is left.
